This website is operated by NaturalSpot Pte Ltd.  Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NaturalSpot Pte Ltd.  NaturalSpot Pte Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting this website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referred to in these Terms of Service and/or available by hyperlink.  These Terms of Service apply to all users of this website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through this website.  These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.  We cannot and do not guarantee that your computer monitor's or device’s display of any colour will be accurate.  To ensure a product is correct for you, we encourage you to you view the product in-store before purchasing it.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service that we offer.  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole and absolute discretion.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.  Any offer for any product or service made on this website is void where it is prohibited by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our Service will be corrected.

Care instructions can be found under each product description on this website.  If in doubt, check the product’s care instruction tag upon receiving the product.

If we offer gift cards on this website, they are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at the checkout on this website.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our opinion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.  You agree and accept that our opinion on such matters is not susceptible to challenge.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through this website.  You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your products as much as we do.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about a product you have purchased.

**Please do not return items to the address on the packaging.  They will not be processed.**

If you are missing something or given something incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible at hello@naturalspot.sg, include your order number and details of the missing item or a photo of the incorrect item.  We address queries on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If a refund is agreed then we will process this within 2 business days of agreement.  It can sometimes take your bank or credit card company a little longer to process the refund.

SECTION 8 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Local Delivery

All orders are delivered from and in Singapore, island-wide.

After you receive your order confirmation email, we aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days, unless we tell you otherwise.  We are working on this, so it may be possible to deliver your order earlier, but we don’t guarantee to do so.

Local delivery costs will be displayed at checkout, but are calculated as follows:

•                Orders with a total value of SGD 150 or above: we would love for you to enjoy free shipping.

•                Orders with a total value below SGD 150: a flat delivery rate of SGD 3.99 will apply.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@naturalspot.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In-Store Pickup

All orders are delivered from and in Singapore.  We do not offer in-store pickup.

International DELIVERY

All orders are delivered from and in Singapore.  We do not offer International Delivery.

Lead Times

We update this website with the estimated lead times on out-of-stock items.  In the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change.  Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order.

Damage

We do not have an in-house delivery service.  We use third-parties for all shipments and deliveries of our products.  We do not accept liability for any damage to a product after it has left our store unless we determine that it contains or manifests a defect.  Nothing in these Terms of Service exclude your statutory rights under applicable law.

You agree to accept responsibility to inspect a product delivered to you before signing the delivery notice or allowing the delivery driver to leave.  By signing the delivery notice, you acknowledge and accept that you have received the product delivered to you in an undamaged condition and that you will accept responsibility for any transit damage discovered after delivery which is not noted in writing on the delivery note.

If your product is delivered damaged, please immediately email us at hello@naturalspot.sg with details of the damage and attach the delivery note on which the damage has been recorded. You can also contact us on +65 81804084. All return delivery and shipping costs for products alleged to have been damaged on delivery are your responsibility, unless we agree otherwise.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.  You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranty, representation or condition of any kind and without any endorsement.  You agree and accept that we have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.  Your use of optional tools offered through this website is entirely at your own risk and discretion.  You should ensure that you are familiar with the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).  By using optional tools you agree to be bound by the terms on which those tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
