RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your products as much as we do. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, please do contact us by calling +65 8812 2650 or emailing email@example.com if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
**Please do not return items to the address on the packaging as these will not be processed.**
Damaged item/Missing item/Incorrect item
We work very hard to ensure that your items will arrive perfectly, however, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, if you are missing something or given something incorrectly then please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (if damaged/incorrect). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If a refund is agreed then we will process this within 2 business days of agreement. It can sometimes take your bank or credit card company a little longer to process the refund.
