SHIPPING POLICY
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver Island wide throughout Singapore. We are currently trialing international shipping to other countries around the world. We are working with many different delivery companies to find the best choice for you however if the shipping cost proves to be significantly higher than the advertised flat rate of $25, NaturalSpot has the right to cancel your order and offer a full refund.
For any countries not listed, we can quote on overseas shipping if you send us an email via our contact page, with the items you wish to purchase and a delivery address.
International shipping may also incur local tax and import levy. Customs restrictions vary depending on the country and local laws.

Delivery times
We are very grateful for your order and excited for it to get to you. After you receive your order confirmation email we aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days, unless we tell you otherwise. We are working on this, so it may be possible to deliver your order earlier, but we don’t guarantee to do so. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders with a total value of SGD 150 or above: we would love for you to enjoy free shipping within Singapore.

For orders with a total value below SGD 150: a flat shipping rate of SGD 3.99 will apply, within Singapore.

International shipping is $25. Please read the exception above.
How to check the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@naturalspot.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
